Privacy Policy
Short version: your date of birth stays on your device. We do not collect it, and there is no account to create.
Last updated August 26, 2026
The date you enter
My Birthday Almanac is a client-side tool. When you enter a date of birth, every calculation — your age, calendars, zodiac, numerology and milestones — runs locally in your web browser. Your date of birth is never transmitted to, logged by, or stored on any server. It lives only in the page while it is open and is discarded when you close or reload the tab.
If you use the Share feature, your date is placed in the page's URL (as #dob=YYYY-MM-DD) only so that the link you choose to copy reproduces the same result. That happens on your device; the link is shared only if and where you decide to share it.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets no advertising cookies and builds no personal profile of you. If privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics are added in future to understand overall traffic, this policy will be updated to describe exactly what is measured and how to opt out.
Data we do not collect
- We do not collect names, email addresses or accounts (there are none to create).
- We do not store your date of birth or any calculation result.
- We do not sell or share personal data, because we do not collect it.
Hosting and third parties
The site is served as static files by our hosting provider, which may process standard server request data (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs for security and reliability, as is typical for any website. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers act as data processors under their own privacy terms.
Children
The site is a general-audience calculator and is not directed at children under 13. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
